Welcome Reception

On Sunday, Sept.21, EAHP delegates are invited to join a wine & cheese party starting at 20.00 in the Cité Mondiale, Tour Jefferson, 7th floor.

An informal Rendez-vous to share a first glass of wine and get-in-touch!

Gala Dinner

The Gala dinner will be held on Tuesday, 20.30pm, in the very high-tech H14, located at less than 1km from the Cité Mondiale along the Garonne River.

Enjoy a French Menu in a very warm atmosphere !

Should you wish to register an accompanying person, please contact us before 15 september. The price is 90€ VAT inc.

*The Gala dinner is included in the package fee, and 3 days Lympoma fee. If you are not register, please do so at eahp@adera.fr . Please inform us should you have a special diet.

Airport
Bordeaux Merignac International Airport – 30 minutes from the City Centre – you can choose from 200 flights weekly and 40 destinations. There is an one hour flight shuttle from Paris – Orly to Bordeaux every hour.

Railway Station

St Jean Railway station – 5/10 minutes from the City Centre – over 250 trains weekly, you can select from Paris amongst the 25 TGV’s (high speed train) daily. Your trip will only last 3 hours.
