Case submission information

- Participants are asked to send 2 H&E or Giemsa stained slides plus 10 unstained slides. Important special stains, immunohistochemistry and smears should be included as digital images (Powerpoint file).

- All submitted cases will be reviewed and suitable cases will be selected for oral presentation with digital projection.

- Active participants will obtain a workshop book and a CD digital images.

- Acceptance notifications will be mailed no later than June 30^th, 2008.

- Cases should be sent not later than March 1^st, 2008 to:
